Affiliate Terms & Conditions
(Reversing Autism Affiliate Program – Eden Revival LLC)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Reversing Autism Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Eden Revival LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Program overview
The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting the Reversing Autism online course and related offers available via edenrevival.net and our connected checkout pages (“Course”). We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
2. Enrollment
You must submit an application through our affiliate signup form.
We manually review each application for fit with our brand and compliance requirements.
We may reject or later terminate affiliates whose content, conduct, or audience is not aligned with our values or risk tolerance.
3. Commissions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the commission structure is:
25% commission on qualifying direct Course sales generated through your affiliate link or assigned coupon code.
5% second‑tier commission (if enabled) on qualifying sales generated by affiliates you refer to the Program.
“Qualifying sales” are:
Successfully paid Course orders tracked to your affiliate link or code
That are not refunded, charged back, or disputed
Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue, defined as:
Gross sale price
minus taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and disputed transactions
Shipping costs for any physical items are not commissionable.
We may, at our discretion, run limited‑time promotions with different commission rates; if we do, those rates will be clearly communicated in writing.
4. Tracking and attribution
Sales are tracked through the affiliate system connected to our checkout (FG Funnels / Stripe combination).
Attribution is based on the tracking cookie and/or coupon code in place at the time of purchase.
If multiple affiliates are involved, we generally credit last‑click unless otherwise specified in writing.
We are not responsible for tracking failures due to:
Users blocking cookies
Incorrect or altered links
Technical issues outside our control
5. Payment terms
Commissions are reviewed and paid monthly, typically within 15 days after the end of each calendar month.
We may set a minimum payout threshold (e.g., USD $50); if your balance is below the threshold, it rolls over to the next month.
Our primary payout method is PayPal to the email you provide in your affiliate profile. If PayPal is not available in your country, you must clearly specify an alternative method (for example Wise or bank transfer) and we will determine if it is feasible.
If a sale is refunded or charged back: The associated commission will be reversed from your balance.
If the commission has already been paid, we may deduct the reversed amount from future payouts.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate payout information
Any fees or costs charged by your payment provider
Reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings
6. Affiliate responsibilities
You agree to:
Promote the Course honestly and ethically.
Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines (including FTC endorsement rules and platform‑specific policies).
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share your link or code (for example, “This is an affiliate link; I may earn a commission if you enroll.”).
Use only official links and codes assigned to you.
Keep your contact and payout information up to date.
You may not:
Misrepresent the Course, Eden Revival, or any instructor.
Act as if you are Eden Revival, Reversing Autism, or KR (for example, by creating fake “official” pages or profiles).
Purchase the course through your own affiliate link for the sole purpose of earning commission (“self‑dealing”) without prior written approval.
7. Prohibited claims and content
Because this program involves children’s health, we require strict compliance.
You may not:
Claim that the Course, any protocol, or any substance diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents autism or any disease.
Use words and phrases such as “autism cure,” “cured autism,” “100% cure,” “guaranteed results,” “miracle cure,” or similar.
Mention or promote controversial substances (including chlorine dioxide, MMS, or “CD protocol”) in direct connection with the Course on public, mainstream platforms.
Provide dosing instructions or sourcing links for prescription‑only or heavily restricted substances in your public affiliate promotions.
Make medical claims or guarantees on behalf of Eden Revival, KR, or any practitioner.
Use spam, misleading ads, fake scarcity, or deceptive marketing practices.
Bid on our brand names (e.g., “Reversing Autism,” “Eden Revival”) in paid search without written permission.
Violations of this section can result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Approved messaging and materials
We will provide:
Pre‑approved swipe copy, talking points, and graphics
An Affiliate Compliance & Messaging Guide outlining specific “DO” and “DO NOT” language
You are encouraged to:
Use our pre‑approved assets whenever possible.
Run any substantially modified or new marketing angles by us before large‑scale promotion.
We reserve the right to request edits or removal of any content we consider non‑compliant or harmful to the program.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply from the date you are accepted into the Program until terminated.
We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to):
Violation of these Terms or the Compliance & Messaging Guide
Fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity
Making unauthorized medical or health claims
Brand damage or reputational risk, in our reasonable judgment
Upon termination:
Your affiliate links and codes may be disabled.
Valid, earned commissions up to the termination date will be paid in the normal cycle, minus any amounts subject to refund/chargeback.
Any fraudulent or non‑compliant commissions may be withheld.
You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
10. Intellectual property
All Course content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Eden Revival LLC and/or its collaborators.
You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to:
Use our provided branding and materials solely for promoting the Course as an approved affiliate.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce Course content itself.
Create derivative programs or training based on our paid materials.
Use our trademarks or names in your business name, domain name, or social handles without explicit written permission.
11. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential:
Non‑public information about our sales performance, commission rates beyond publicly advertised levels, private training calls, or internal strategies.
Any non‑public materials we designate as confidential.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Eden Revival LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising from or related to this Program.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
13. Independent contractor status
You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner, or agent of Eden Revival LLC. You have no authority to bind us legally.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
We will update the “Last updated” date above.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in the affiliate portal.
Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Agreement
By applying to or participating in the Reversing Autism Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
